Choose the dates when the shop will be open and what mark up you want. (We offer 0%,10% and 20% Mark ups)
A few weeks before your sale you will receive a kit with your parent letters and budget envelopes along with coming soon posters.

A few days before your sale begins, you will receive your personally selected gifts plus tablecloths, gift bags, and pre-priced stickers.
Send home information flyers and budget envelopes with the children so that the parents and children can decide on a budget for each person on their list.
Volunteers set up the Snowball Express Gift Shop in any suitable area or display on a rolling cart!

Assisted by volunteers and teachers, children shop in small groups.
Check out made easy with our coded pricing system.
Reorders may be place for items you need by 1pm EST.
When your shop is over, we'll arrange to pick up any unsold merchandise.

Choose dates for your shop. Sales running during the school day have proven to be more successful!
Send home the included parent letters with dates and details along with the provided budget envelopes.
Prior to your shop, you will receive your gift items along with materials to run a successful event. Items are already price coded for easy check out!
Reorders may be called in until 1:00 p.m. EST
When your shop is over, we’ll arrange to pick up any unsold merchandise. You only pay for what you have sold!
